How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, send us a message.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?

We currently don’t offer returns and exchanges as our products are made to order, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by messaging us and we will work with you to best resolve any issues! We dont normally accept cancellations as the order is sent for production as soon as the order is placed. If you wish to request a cancellation please contact us as soon as possible - if the order has not been produced we can cancel it for you.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are usually only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please message us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, as each item is made to order, we don't offer exchanges. For apparel orders, If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product pictures.

My package is lost!

Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier. Once an item is shipped there is not much we can do, it is out of our hands and the responsibility of the shipping carrier to get the item to you.

What Is "Made To Order" mean?

All our products are made just for you! That means they are not printed until you order them. Once you place an order, the shirt is sent to production, printed, then shipped straight to your door

Do you offer Gift wrapping and packaging?

At the present time, we are not able to offer gift wrapping or gift messages.
